He was born in Kurucaşile in 1933. He received his primary education in Bartın, and his secondary and high school education in Yozgat and Kayseri High Schools. He graduated from ITU Faculty of Civil Engineering in 1958. He is married and has 2 children.
Professional Life
Between 1959 and 1995, he worked as a control engineer, control manager, project engineer, general manager, coordinator, and general coordinator at T. Şeker Fabrikaları, MSB Enfrastructure Facilities, Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları AŞ Cam Elyaf Sanayi, Milliyet Newspaper and Doğan Group of Companies.
He founded KONDA Research and Consultancy AŞ in 1986.
Political Life
He registered with the Beyoğlu District of the CHP in 1953. He was elected to the Evliya Çelebi Ocakları, Beyoğlu District, Istanbul Province and Headquarters youth branches and main level management board members in Istanbul. He served as the Secretary General in 1999-2000. He was elected as a member of parliament for Istanbul in 1977, and was appointed as the Minister of Industry and Technology in the Ecevit Government that did not receive a vote of confidence in June 1977. He resigned from the CHP in May 2001.
Social Life
He was a board member in student associations and professional chambers and the general chairman of the Turkish Revolutionary Hearths (1966-1967).

She has specialized in areas such as Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Intellectual Property Law and Information Technology Law. She has been KONDA's legal advisor since August 2021 and a member of the Board of Directors since 2022.
He was born in Istanbul in 1963. Since the beginning of his business life, he has been involved in local and international initiatives in the fields of asset management, real estate development and education. He taught at Boğaziçi University and Istanbul Bilgi University between 2000-2021. His academic interests are Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory and Strategic Management. He served as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Istanbul Bilgi University and the CEO of Laureate International/Türkiye. He is the founder of initiatives such as UnLearn Academy, Poliversity and Tobeto and continues his work in the field of learning and development. He is also a board member at Advancity and KONDA and writes columns in Forbes-Türkiye. He has undertaken the coordination of KONDA's restructuring process.
He was born in Zile/Tokat in 1986. He studied at Zile Anatolian High School, Samsun Ondokuzmayıs University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Veterinary Medicine, Ondokuzmayıs University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and Anadolu University Sociology departments. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG). He served as a board member of the Community Volunteers Foundation between 2009-2010 and 2020-2024. He has been conducting KONDA's field organizations both in Anadolu and the central office since 2011. He started working full-time at KONDA in 2013 and now has assumed the management role that includes project design and execution, as well as field coordinatorship.
She was born in Istanbul in 1981. She graduated from Galatasaray High School in 2000. She completed the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. She worked as a researcher at the “Istanbul 1910-2010 City, Built Environment and Architectural Culture Exhibition” project at Istanbul Bilgi University between 2008-2010, and at the Center for Urban Research at Istanbul Şehir University between 2010-2015.

After graduating, he gained significant experience by conducting field research in different areas. Since 2022, he has been working as a field and panel manager at KONDA and providing research coordination. He also undertakes the analysis and presentation of data in the field of content production.
After graduating from Hacettepe English Business Administration in 1997, she worked as an independent auditor at Deloitte. In the following years, she took an active role in the design and establishment of Turkey operations of global companies in different sectors (Münich Re, TUI, ISP, Convatec, SMS Siemag AG). She worked as a Financial Controller, Finance and Accounting Manager, Financial and Administrative Affairs Manager, and worked as a management consultant. Designing/developing systems from scratch has always interested her more. She is competent and result-oriented in improving the existing, organizing workflows, making the output measurable, and training teams. She is a CPA. Pelin is also a craftswoman who listens to the needs of her creative spirit and gives life to artistic jewelry under the POJWoman brand. She is married and a mother of two. As part of the restructuring at KONDA, she has assumed the role of Finance Director as of May 2022.
He was born in Istanbul in 1969 and graduated from Anadolu University Public Relations and Business Administration departments. He worked in accounting, finance and information technologies in retail product supply companies, tourism and chemical companies. He has been performing accounting and office coordination duties at KONDA since July 2022.
She was born in Istanbul in 1997. She graduated from Medipol University, Department of Psychology in 2021. She worked in various research laboratories during her undergraduate education. She did her internship at Bakırköy Mental and Nervous Diseases Hospital. During her student years, she volunteered in foundations working in the fields of education, health and equal opportunities. She still continues her volunteer activities in the field of gender equality.

She teaches Turkish Language and Literature at Yeditepe and Özyeğin universities. She has been working as an editor at KONDA since January 2022.

Later, she continued her work in sales and corporate communications at various companies. She has been serving as KONDA Barometer Subscription Coordinator since November 2023. She also performs product marketing duties.
Born in Istanbul in 1986. She graduated from Anadolu University Business Administration Department in 2008 and later completed the Justice program. She is currently a senior student in the Child Development Department. After completing her pedagogical formation, she worked as a classroom teacher and taught Economics in schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education for many years. She has been an administrative assistant since 2022. She has been continuing this position at KONDA since September 2024.
Mustafa Saylak, born in Seyhan, Adana, came to Ankara to study engineering and met KONDA. With his interest in social research, he completed his anthropology education at Ankara University DTCF and continued his master's degree in sociology at Uludağ University. He is also interested in literary text writing and has four story awards and two story books about to be published. He is currently continuing his theater writing education at Ankara University DTCF. He has been working as the Ankara Provincial Manager and panel coordinator at Konda Research and Consultancy Company since 2014.
She received her bachelor's degree in International Relations from Akdeniz University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2018. She completed her master's degree in Public Relations and Publicity at Akdeniz University, Faculty of Communication between 2019-2023 and completed her thesis on "The Importance of Soft Skills in Employability: The Antalya Example". She has been working as the Antalya Provincial Manager at Konda Research and Consultancy Company since 2018.
