Why KONDA?

Because sound decisions are built on reliable data.

What distinguishes KONDA Research is not only its ability to generate data, but also its commitment to ensuring the representativeness, continuity, and reliability of that data.

1. Representativeness

We produce data that genuinely represents Türkiye. The sampling structures used in our research are designed to accurately reflect the populations we study. For us, what matters is not simply collecting data, but ensuring how faithfully that data represents reality. As a result, the findings you receive are not merely datasets, but reliable foundations for decision-making grounded in the real world.

2. Touch

We collect data through direct human engagement. At the core of KONDA’s research approach lies extensive face-to-face field experience. While we benefit from the possibilities offered by digital data collection, we consider direct human contact indispensable for preserving the authenticity and reliability of data. Because meaningful insight begins with meaningful contact.

3. Trend

We measure not only the present, but change itself. One-time datasets can describe the current situation; however, sound decisions require understanding both the direction and the pace of change. Through years of accumulated data and continuous measurement, KONDA tracks transformations in social dynamics and consumer behavior over time. This enables us to answer not only the question of “What is happening?” but also “Where is it heading?”

4. Technology

We process data with speed, depth, and objectivity. In our research processes, we use technology not merely as a tool, but as an infrastructure that enhances analytical power and data accuracy. Through big data analysis, segmentation, and advanced modeling techniques, we deliver insights that are faster, deeper, and clearer — minimizing ambiguity and subjective interpretation.

When you work with KONDA, you gain more than data; you gain insights you can rely on to make decisions with confidence.

KONDA Barometer

The KONDA Barometer is a subscription-based social research series conducted regularly every month since 2010. Each month, face-to-face interviews are carried out through household visits across different geographical regions of Türkiye, using a sample designed to represent the population aged 15 and above. This methodology ensures that the research is built upon highly representative datasets generated through direct human engagement.

The Barometer continuously monitors a wide range of indicators, including demographic structure, political preferences, economic conditions, leadership evaluations, social sentiment, and public reactions to current developments. In addition, each month features a dedicated thematic focus through which social perceptions, values, and trends are examined in greater depth. Having produced reports on more than 200 different social themes to date, the KONDA Barometer serves as a reliable and continuous reference source for institutions seeking to monitor and interpret social transformation in Türkiye.

Lifestyle Surveys

Markets in Türkiye are expanding, competition is intensifying, and institutions are constantly required to define new targets. Whether seeking growth or maintaining their current position, organizations need ever more precise and accurate targeting.

Today, individuals expect their unique needs to be understood and addressed directly. The expansion of digital footprints and the growing capacity for data processing have made it possible to understand people at a much deeper level. This transformation has made targeting a strategic necessity rather than a competitive advantage alone.

Accurate targeting is possible not simply by identifying audiences, but by meaningfully differentiating them. Attempting to communicate with everyone at once leads to diluted resources and reduced effectiveness. Effective segmentation, by contrast, enables institutions to create greater impact with limited resources.

The KONDA Lifestyle Surveys interpret society not only through broad social clusters, but also through differentiated sub-segments within those clusters. While these segments may initially appear niche, they correspond to significant population groups within Türkiye’s demographic structure.

Built on highly representative data collected through direct human engagement and supported by measurements accumulated over time, the research reveals not only the current social landscape but also the direction of change itself. Each segment presents distinct opportunities in terms of influence, growth potential, and strategic value.

KONDA Lifestyle Sub-Segments provide institutions with a powerful reference framework for defining their target audiences more precisely and focusing on the right points of engagement.

Türkiye 101

Türkiye 101 is a special research initiative through which KONDA transforms its extensive body of data into a format that is accessible, understandable, and easily visualized for broader audiences.

In this study, Türkiye’s population aged 18 and above is reconstructed as a representative model of 100 people. This approach presents a wide range of topics — from demographic structure and education levels to living conditions, values, and behavioral patterns — in a simplified and comparable framework.

Türkiye 101 is built upon the long-term datasets generated through studies such as the KONDA Barometer and the Lifestyle Surveys, translating this accumulated knowledge into a highly accessible format.

By simplifying complex datasets, this approach enables a clear and rapid understanding of the broader picture of the society in Türkiye. For decision-makers, it also provides a powerful reference point for understanding target audiences more effectively.
